Invitation to Submit Proposals for Interior Lighting Embellishment at St. Paul’s Metropolitan Cathedral, MdinaThe Metropolitan Chapter, Malta, cordially invites proposals for the procurement and installation of new interior lighting at St. Paul’s Metropolitan Cathedral in Mdina. The aim is to enrich the cathedral’s ambiance with a contemporary, efficient lighting system that accentuates its artistic essence.
Interested parties can request tender documents and additional details by emailing info@metropolitanchapter.com no later than Friday 10th May 2024at 12:00 pm (noon).Submissions should be delivered in person to the Metropolitan Cathedral Chapter at No. 4 St. Paul’s Square, Mdina, Malta, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm (noon) on weekdays, in a sealed envelope clearly labeled ‘ST PAUL’S METROPOLITAN CATHEDRAL MDINA INTERIOR LIGHTING EMBELLISHMENT’, by Friday 24th May 2024 at 12:00 pm (noon). A designated tender box will be provided for this purpose. Alternatively, tender proposals can be submitted digitally to info@metropolitanchapter.com by Friday 24th May 2024.Initial acceptance of the tender may be communicated via email, followed by formal written confirmation within a reasonable timeframe. Bidders will be notified in writing regarding the status of their proposals in due course.Please note that we reserve the right to reject any proposal, regardless of its perceived advantages.Any late submissions will not be considered as part of the bidding process.
